The officers in the photos below require training
(at minimal). If you as a CCW holder did this, you could be prosecuted,
assuming you lived after being shot.
Your training must address these matters so that
you don't do something stupid and get shot.

Note: You as a law abiding citizen must recognize that not all law
enforcement officers follow the law, nor do they practice safe gun
handling. You must be competent and skilled so that you don't get shot by someone
who may not have the training or common sense that you have. Making a
wrong move in front of these type of dangerous and law breaking officers, as shown above, could be deadly.
You must contemplate the unexpected and avoid the delusion that -
"it will never happen to me".
